Segway Repair Service
Need service? Our Level III Service Center can handle any repair needed on your Segway PT (i2, x2, GEN1 Models) and help you to avoid long wait times on factory repairs offered by other dealers. We carry ALL service parts in stock so you get what you need when you need it. We can even come to you for on-site service pick-up and delivery anywhere in the Central Florida area. Most factory level repairs can be completed in our shop within 7 to 10 days. Please call 352-383-9900 to schedule a service appointment before shipping or delivering your Segway to our shop. 

Ninebot Consumer Products
At the present time, we do not sell or service any Ninebot products. For help with Ninebot parts and service questions, please call 866-473-4929 and select option #2 (Consumer Products) then select option #1 (Technical Support) or please contact the merchant who sold you the Ninebot product. You may also visit the Ninebot service website at: https://segway.zendesk.com/

We do offer Financing Programs for both personal and commercial purchases.

Showroom Hours:

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. by appointment only. Our showroom and service department will be open "by appointment only" for service drop-offs and pick-ups of repaired or new equipment/parts/ accessories. We are also shipping and receiving repairs, new equipment, parts and accessories by way of FedEx Ground only.  Shipment by other means will result in delays.

We have a full stock of tires, batteries, parts and accessories available to keep your Segway equipment up and and running.
